Join our team! Grow Pros Lawn Care is now hiring full-time landscape/lawn care crew members. Our company
offers professional lawn and landscaping services to residential and commercial properties in and around the
Greater Elkhart, IN area.

expectations.
Our office is located at 57908 Kreighbaum St, Elkhart, IN 46517. Applicants should live in Elkhart or in a
nearby location such as Osceola, Dunlap, Jamestown, Pleasant Valley, or Bristol.
Responsibilities
- Work on landscape projects for new and existing clients at commercial and residential properties.
- Provide weekly lawn care for commercial and residential properties.
- Perform duties including but not limited to mulch and stone installations, shrub trimming, hardscape
installations, lawn mowing, string trimming, leaf raking, annual planting, weeding, and snow removal in
the winter.
- Regularly clean and maintain the equipment
- Work a typical 40-hour week, although hours may vary by season.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Landscaping and lawn care experience is preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable spending 8+ hours a day outside
- Must be able to pass a drug screening test
- Ability to operate machinery such as zero-turn mowers, walk behind mowers, weed eaters, backpack
blowers, hedge trimmers, and snowplows
- A good eye for detail
- A strong desire to serve customers well and build relationships
- Ability to be on time and reliable
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our office in Elkhart
- Must have a current Indiana driver’s license
