We will send you a text message the day before you are scheduled letting you know if we plan to be there the next day. If there is inclement weather that prevents us from performing the service we will be there the next day.
No, We love it when you are home because we like to get to know our customers, but you do not need to be home. If you have gates we will need access to them if you are gone, and any pets must be inside.
You can prepay for the entire year before March 15 and receive a 2% discount on your entire program. You can also pay after each service. We send an email with the invoice after each service. You can either pay online through our customer portal, call into the office (we accept all major credit cards), or you can write a check and send it in.
